National Guitar 1930 Triolian Polychrome Green Monster

The GREEN MONSTER! This is an early Triolian Polychrome that someone painted over both the body and neck with spray paint. As you can see we fully stripped the neck down to it's beautiful maple. It's straight as an arrow and never did have the crude truss rod route found on most of these necks. We sprayed 6 coats of Amber tinted laquer finish on the neck and topped it off with a new ebony fingerboard. The thick ebony board has a 12" radius and modern frets. I left as much of the original pea green finish on the body as possible after removing the overspray. This is an early example serial number P929. The steel body is in great shape and this guitar is a monster. Sure the minty ones look pretty, but this bad ass garbage can will be the one everyone wants to grab and play.
